Courses

Archery is a sport enjoyed by people of all ages and all abilities, and the courses run by the Guildford Archery Club are open to everyone. No previous experience of the sport is necessary, and all equipment is provided free of charge.

2012 - Summer Courses
7 April 2012 10.00 - 12.00pm
14 April 2012 10.00 - 12.00pm
21 April 2012 10.00 - 12.00pm

The club periodically runs introductory courses consisting of three two-hour lessons, from 10:00 to 12:00 on consecutive Saturday mornings (summer months). During the winter months the courses are run on Sunday afternoon from 13:00 to 15:00. Dates of forthcoming courses can be found here or in the Shooting Diary.

In the summer, the courses are run outdoors at our ground in Glaziers Lane, Normandy.

The winter courses are held indoors at Ash Manor School, Manor Road, Ash, Aldershot which is the club's indoor venue during the winter months.

Bookings for winter courses must be made direct through Ash Manor School, Manor Road, Ash, Aldershot (ask for Sports Hall on 01252 325484).

Introductory Course Gift Voucher.

Introductory Courses are available for purchase as a gift, for the cost of the 3 day course. If you are interested in buying one of these for a friend or relative as a gift, please contact our organiser. You will receive a gift voucher which can then be redeemed against any winter or summer course.

 

The cost of all courses are: Adults £35.00 Juniors (under 18 and minimum age 10) £27.50

Beginners' Courses need as many archers as can be available to help - please contact the organiser if you can join him.
